Refund Policy - the basics

We understand that plans can change. Our refund terms are as follows:

• 75% Refund: If you cancel your booking before we have departed from our location, you are eligible for a refund of 75% of your base call-out fee.

• No Refund: Once we have left our location and are en route to your site, no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances.

All refund requests must be made by calling or texting us directly at 706-974-7973. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
