We provide thermal drone-assisted deer recovery services within our stated service area. Our role is to assist hunters in locating downed game using aerial thermal imaging. We do not guarantee recovery in every case, as success depends on multiple environmental and situational factors.

2. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that drone-assisted deer recovery is legal in your hunting area. We operate in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations regarding drone use, wildlife recovery, and privacy.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings require payment of the base call-out fee prior to service.

• Any success fee and applicable mileage charges will be invoiced after the search.

• Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice.

4. Service Limitations

• We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe weather, unsafe terrain, or legal restrictions.

• We cannot operate in restricted or private airspace without proper authorization.

• We do not field dress, transport, or process game—our service is limited to locating it.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for loss of game due to predation, environmental conditions, or delays in contacting us.

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after our service.

• By booking our service, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims related to the hunt, the animal, or your use of our findings.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel before our departure, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

• No refunds are provided once the search has begun.

7. Privacy Policy

We may collect and store limited personal information (name, phone number, location) for service purposes only. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
